1. Why are you closing?
After more than twenty years of running Ilona’s Boutique, this decision has not been easy.
This little store has been part of my life — and my family’s — for as long as I can remember. What began as a small dream here in Hungary grew into a community of wonderful women who supported me through every season.
But over the past few years, things have changed. Rising costs, growing competition, and the fast pace of online shopping have made it harder to continue the way I used to. Most of all, I feel it’s time to slow down — to spend more precious moments with my family, especially my grandchildren, who have become the joy of my days.
Rather than compromise on the care and quality that have always defined Ilona’s Boutique, I’ve chosen to close this chapter with pride and gratitude. Every order, every kind message, and every loyal customer has meant more to me than words can express.
This isn’t just the end of a store — it’s the celebration of a beautiful journey shared with countless women across our country who made Ilona’s Boutique what it is today. 💛
2. Where are your products made?
We work with carefully selected partners who share our values regarding quality, sustainability and fair working conditions. Our production takes place in Europe and Asia.
3. How do I know which size to choose?
Our products are designed to fit perfectly. We recommend choosing your standard size for a standard fit. If you prefer a looser or oversized look, we suggest choosing a larger size. Still unsure? Check the size chart on each product page or contact our support team, who will be happy to assist you.
5. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery usually takes between 4 and 12 working days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a link to track your parcel.
