Ordering and delivery policy

1. Placing an order

Found an Ilona's Boutique product you must have? Great!

Select your preferred colour and/or size, then click Add to basket’.

You can continue shopping or go to your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner.

Please note: Products in your basket are not reserved until you place and pay for your order.

When you are ready to finalise your purchase, click on the basket icon and check your products. You can change the quantities, then click ‘Proceed to checkout’ and enter your details.

Important: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, as all orders are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.

2. Shipping costs

Ilona's Boutique covers all delivery costs for your order – you do not incur any additional shipping charges.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

3. Tracking

All orders are sent by courier service with tracking. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link in an email.

Please note: It may take several hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Delivery time

Ilona's Boutique makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before 3 p.m. are usually processed on the same day.

Many products are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 10–15 working days.

5. Correct delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address in Hungary.

Please check your address details carefully before finalising your order.

6. Lost or stolen parcels

Ilona's Boutique is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

If the status of the shipment indicates delivery and you have not received it, please inform us immediately.

A complaint to the carrier can be initiated after 14 days from the declared delivery date. We will keep you informed about the progress of the process.

8. Personal data and privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

9. Right of withdrawal

Under Polish law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

10. Payment and security

We accept payments using secure methods such as credit/debit cards and fast online payments.

All transactions are encrypted to keep your data secure.

11. Responsibility for delivery delays

Aleja 44 is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes or other unforeseen events.

12. Returns and refunds

Returned products must be sent by a traceable and insured method.

The cost and risk of return are borne by the Customer.
