Returns and exchanges
If you have received the wrong products or the products are faulty, please contact us at Info@ilonasboutique.hu to discuss the details.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and suitable for resale.
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). Returns of used, opened or damaged products will not be accepted.
Return request
- If you do not have a return form, download and complete it (the form can be requested via the contact form below).
- Send the completed return form along with a photo of the products to: info@ilonasboutique.hu.
- Once your return has been approved, ensure that the package is properly secured and marked “Return”.
- Use a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
- Send the tracking number to: info@ilonasboutique.hu
Terms and conditions for returns
- Products must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
- The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Products must be well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service – we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Returns must be pre-approved – shipments without approval may not be accepted.
Easy returns in 3 steps
Step 1: Request a return form
Fill in the contact form, provide your order number, e-mail address and reason for return.
Step 2: Return your order
Send the products together with the return form to the address indicated in the document.
➡ Please note: as the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your parcel, we will refund your bank account within 12 working days.
